Returns and refunds

What can be returned

• Returns must be requested within 5 days of the day the racket is delivered to you.
• The racket must be unused: not played with, with the protective film and any stickers still on.
• It must come back in its original packaging, with everything it came with (cover, weights, tools, cards).

How to return

• Message us on WhatsApp at 0790039569 with your order reference (it starts with RR).
• We arrange a courier pickup from your address.
• Once the racket reaches us, we check its condition. If it does not meet the conditions above, we send it back to you and no refund is made.

Your refund

• If you paid a deposit, we refund the amount you paid minus the deposit. The deposit covers the delivery costs.
• If you didn't pay a deposit, we refund the amount you paid minus the delivery costs of the order and of the return pickup.
• Refunds go back the way you paid: CliQ transfer for cash and CliQ orders, or back to your card for card payments.
• We send the refund after we have received and checked the racket. Card refunds can take a few extra days to appear, depending on your bank.

Wrong or damaged racket

If we sent the wrong racket, or it arrived damaged, tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We replace it or refund you in full, and we cover all delivery costs.

Who we are

RallyRackets is a padel racket shop based in Amman, Jordan, selling online at rallyrackets.shop. Contact us on WhatsApp at 0790039569 or on Instagram at @rallyrackets.

Prices

• All prices are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and are the final price you pay.
• Delivery is free anywhere in Jordan.
• Choosing a heavier racket adds the fee shown on the product page.
• Sale prices apply while stock lasts. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order we have already confirmed.

Orders

• After you place an order, we confirm it with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
• If a racket turns out to be unavailable, we tell you and you can choose another racket or cancel. Anything you already paid is refunded in full.
• You can cancel free of charge any time before the order is dispatched.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier when the racket arrives.
• CliQ: transfer the total to our alias and send us the screenshot; we dispatch once it arrives.
• Card: where offered, card and Apple Pay payments are handled by our payment provider.

Delivery

Delivery takes 3 to 14 days anywhere in Jordan. Amman is usually at the faster end. We message you on WhatsApp when your order is on its way. Please check the racket when it arrives.

Products

All rackets are genuine and sourced from official distributors. Photos show the model; small differences in colour on your screen are normal.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Privacy

What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, phone number, city, delivery address and any note you add, together with what you ordered.

Why we use it

• To confirm your order, deliver it, and contact you about it on WhatsApp.
• To handle returns and questions.

Who sees it

• Only us, and the courier who delivers your order.
• Orders are stored securely in our order system, where only we can read them.
• If you pay by card, your card details go straight to our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
• We never sell your details or use them for advertising.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, message us on WhatsApp at 0790039569. We keep order records only as long as we need them to run the shop and meet legal requirements.

The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your cart is saved only in your own browser.
